Adjusters are required to be fluent not only in producing concise claimse documents, but also must be able to use Sketch, XactCentral and XactNet where applicable. Custom Documents for invoicing and other forms can be included where requested.

Where requested, adjusters also can produce claim report packages using MS&B IntegriClaim. Please consult with us to determine which package meets your needs.

As a foundation and necessity, our adjusting team must be capable of maneuvering Word, Excel and Outlook with at least an Intermediate level of skill.

While IntegriClaim and Xactimate produce PDF reports, it is often necessary to re-order or otherwise arrange a claims package in a very specific manner to allow for ease of review, auditing and conformity. Likewise it is often vital to include supporting documents, scans and research data into a final package. Adjusters are expected to manipulate PDF files with speed and accuracy, per client specifications and requirements..
