Employment as an Independent Adjuster

We welcome all interested adjusters.

It is B&H’s objective to make it as easy as possible for the independent adjuster to close claims because, bottom line, that is “what it is all about” in the catastrophe business.  We will focus our efforts on the companies that allow us to do this.

The adjusters that follow our basic guidelines will be rewarded with one of the highest levels of compensation in the industry.  You will be an independent contractor, a 1099 employee with NO withholding.
