Our leadership at B&H Claims Service has over 26 years of Catastrophe adjusting and Large Loss experience. We have worked tens of thousands of catastrophe claims beginning at Hurricane Alicia in 1983. Other notable events in which we were in involved include the Northridge Earthquake, Cinco de Mayo Hailstorm, Los Alamos Fire, St Paul/Minneapolis Hailstorm, and all hurricanes from Hurricane Andrew through Hurricane Katrina.

Our Roster is over 1,000 adjusters strong, with a Core Team of over 200 with representation in every major catastrophic event.  We have built our reputation providing the most qualified management staff and group of independent adjusters in the industry.

All this aside, what is a huge roster if it's populated with walk-ons or novices? We don't fill a roster with fluff or flunkies we brought up from a classified ad. Our pre-contract training requirements filter out unqualified adjusters with mandatory (and continuing) online skills assessments that tell us very quickly who is qualified and who is not. We've had this series of tests built especially for our purposes to ensure that the representative we send to your insured's premises is every bit as professional as you'd expect .

Skills, years of training and connections in the construction industry don't mean all that much if an adjuster is not technologically-adept. It's the 21st century already - we can't have adjusters who are held back by technology. Our requirements also demand proficiency in all the major adjusting software packages, above and beyond general computing and internet knowledge. Computers are here to stay as a vital "tool of the trade;" our adjusters must own, maintain and run the various necessary applications with talent and speed.
